Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Products Unlimited, LLC. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Wholesale Pricing and Public Sales

Products Unlimited, LLC proudly sells furniture at wholesale prices to the public. Because we offer deep commercial discounts directly to retail customers, our profit margins are minimal. Consequently, our operational policies regarding returns, cancellations, and modifications are strictly enforced to maintain these warehouse-direct price points.

2. Payment Methods and Check Policies

• Accepted Payments: cash, checks, credit cards, Zelle, etc.
• Excluded Payments: We accept no American Express under any circumstances.
• Check Clearance Rule: If paying by check, we will not deliver until the check clears the bank.
• Returned Check Fee: $50 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds, stop-payment, or other reason.

3. Delivery and Assembly Services

• We will deliver furniture to your home or business.
• Delivery and assembly is a separate charge and not included in the wholesale price. Fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow order cancellations once a purchase is completed.
• No Buyer’s Remorse: no exchanges or refunds based on preference, size, color, or changing minds.

5. Damaged Shipments and Limited Exchange Policy

• Inspect furniture immediately upon receipt or delivery.
• We will only exchange furniture if it arrives damaged — same exact furniture only.
• Any arrival damage must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

6. Factory Warranty Coverage

Qualifying items include a standard 1-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty is issued and backed by the manufacturers. Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper self-assembly.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the state of Wyoming. Legal disputes shall be handled exclusively within the courts of Wyoming.

8. Final Acknowledgment

By finalizing checkout, you acknowledge: all sales are final; we sell furniture at wholesale prices to the public; we will only exchange furniture if it arrives damaged for the same exact furniture; furniture comes with 1-year factory warranty.
